    EGKO Husbands Bosworth V3 - Image 2

    Beschreibung

    Here we have V.3 of Husbands Bosworth (Husbos) and with this version there are 3 sceneries in 1 package. We have the Husbos Gliding field, then across the road on south side of the Glider field we have Sulby farm airstrip and we also have the NPAS (Police Air Support) hangar. All 3 areas have parking spots to load at and NPAS has a Asobo helipad. NPAS also has a fuel parking spot so any 3rd party helicopters that dont work with helipads can start on the fuel parking spot. Husbos also has a fuel parking spot, both fuel spots will open the fuel and weights window.  All 3 areas now have night lighting and the farm strip also has runway lights as it does in real life. There will be minor updates it the future to hopefully keep the sceney true to life.

    There is 4 extra download packages needed to get the full effect of the scenery which i will link below.

    I learnt to fly at The Soaring Centre (Then known as The Coventry Gliding Club) 40 years ago, doing my first solo flight in a SZD-9 Bocian (Stork) sailplane. I spent 10 years flying from this field until I had to retire because of ill health. Believe me, this is a good representation of the site, even down to the petrol pump by the hangar, and the Porta Loo toilet waste point behind the pump. I spend hours flying from this site remembering the good old days! Defintely a must have add on...

    Thanks for this great scenery - I live nearby and brilliant to have this (for 2024). Haven't fully explored yet but it's worth it just for views from the air.

    Have only recently started looking around the UK, and decided to give my brand new Taifun a go at this funny sounding airfield... WOW! I think I have found a new home! Just so much fun and beautiful to fly out of! Thank you so much!

    You have the modelib.bgl which causes sim crashes to a lot of people, google it to see ASOBO guidance on this matter :)

    hi,ok thank you for your feedback. We will be remaking the complete scenery from scratch due to a HDD failure, so this will hopefully be change and not cause any conflicts

    Are there any plans to release this for Xbox? Husbands Bosworth is one of my local airfields and the screenshots look stunning. I'd love to be able to have this in my sim!

    Thanks for your comment, it might be something we can look into in the future, im just trying to slowly get things back to how they were due to a HDD failure and losing everything

    As a real-world HusBos Pilot, this is as close to the real thing as it's possible to be. Thanks for all of the hard work you put into making this scenery file, guys.
