    Beschreibung

    Aer Lingus is the flag carrier of Ireland. Founded by the Irish Government, it was privatised between 2006 and 2015 and it is now a wholly owned subsidiary of International Airlines Group (IAG). The airline's head office is on the grounds of Dublin Airport in Cloghran, County Dublin.

    This based of the airlnes older livery however, do plan to add the newer version of the livery and include here in a little pack in the near future. Please enjoy.

    Lovely livery so detailed, brings back lots of memories of seeing this livery at the airports, and so much better to fly than Aer Lingus modern white design

    Thank you for this fantastic livery! If you don't mind taking a couple of suggestions, I can offer the following:


    • On the actual aircraft, the aircraft name is printed differently on each side. Port is "St Dympna", starboard is "Dymphna".


    • The Irish flag is placed incorrectly (and reversed) on the starboard side. It should come after the registration, not before.


    • Would it be possible to add the shamrock to both sides of the winglets, like on the Boeing 757 or Airbus A330?

    Thanks. Yeah these changes are already in the works however, unfortunately I am currently suffering with a broken hand so will need to wait a bit for the fixes now.

    Thanks for the update! I just did a flight with the new version and it looks wonderful. Could you maybe add the registration to the underside of the left wing? (e.g., https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/10328301) I think the shamrocks on the right side of each engine are backwards as well (don't match the tail/winglets). Sorry for requesting so much of you, but you do really great work. Please let your hand heal too!

    Excellent. Thats what I want to hear that is getting better, not worse.


    I believe those couple issues I cannot do anything about as these textures are mirrored so the registration would show up un both wings not just the one side. As for the engines... I think this may be another issue of mirrored textures but I will take a look once the hand is healed.

    Corrected a few things pointed out by Vysmo, thank you for that. I hope it still meets the level of the first version as I have had to do this updated with a broken hand so a shaky hand was used.
