    KLM Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner - Orange Blossom

    Installation:

    Simply unzip the downloaded .zip file in your Community folder of your MSFS directory, if you don't know how to find it, see this video.

     

    Notes

    • Unfortunately, like the 747, the textures on the tail and engines is mirrored which means one side of the plane (the left side) will show mirrored logos on the tail and engines
    • This livery is based on PH-BKA ("Oranjebloesem"), if you want to have a version without the giant 100, you can find my PH-BKF ("Sneeuwklokje") version here.

    AAU2 has been released, there's no more mirrored wing texture!!

    Hi there! Now that the mirror issue is fixed on the 747 I was wondering if u could maybe apply the same technique on the 787 and fix the mirror issue? Thanks in advance, keep up the good work!

    I think I have seen some liveries in my hangar with correct logos on both sides. None is inverted

    @Tang0 You are probably talking about liveries like the British Airways 787 or Air France 787 where the tail (and engine) is still mirrored but it's not noticeable because it's supposed to be like that. With logos like KLM's logo or any text, it becomes obvious that it is mirrored on one side, but I assure you that, at the moment, there's no way to fix this. It's just that it's noticeable on some liveries (like KLM's) and not noticeable on others (like BA or Air France).

    @Tang0 Unfortunately, with the way the textures on the 787 tail are mapped, the logo will always be inverted on one side of the tail, this will stay that way until Asobo fixes the UV mappings for the plane, nothing I can do about that, sorry.

    Good paintjob, but the KLM Logo on the left tail side is inverted. Please fix this issue.
