Here I present to you the beautiful area known as Hayden Island in Portland Oregon. This one took a while and still is not perfect but overall I like it and hope you do to.

Its FPS friendly-ish. It does have a spot that makes it have drops depending on how you view it.

Its rite on the edge but again if you have a beefy system you may not notice much.... and this is PDXtreme remeber ;P (also Im learning and need to optimize)

Please let me know, if its chugging bad let me know your system specs when you gripe too hard ;) I think its fine for city cruising. Next version I will tweak how the 2 files merge and hopefully get rid of some of that chug that happens sometimes. I'm still learning and this was the hardest biggest one yet.

It's 2 Files - p1 and p2, drag and drop both files.

This area I wanted to fix up for several reasons. When your leaving KPDX you fly rite over it when your turning to head to the city. I wanted the bridges and the dock areas to look better as the Portland Bridges mod doesn't cover the Hayden Island Bridges.. I would still like to add some nice boat models but that's for next time. Its a beautiful part of Portland and is one step closer to looking better :)

The bridges especially look good. I still need to work on getting traffic to go over them :(

I also recommend the Illuminators PDX Night Lights paid add-on. It works with my scenery's and adds decent light to them at night. Its also a pretty great overall city night light upgrade. I'm not paid or anything I just thought I'd recommend it. I picked it up last week and was decently satisfied with it.
