    Beschreibung

    This scenery replaces many of the default buildings and brings the airport much closer to the reality.
    It adds night lighting, static planes, hangars, fence, restaurant patio and other static objects.I also removed many of the incorrectly placed treees in the crop fields next to the airport.
    There are no custom buildings in this scenery, it only uses default buildings and terminal.

    Version 1.2 corrects the windsocks, improves the night lighting and adds fence and the restaurant patio.
    Version 1.3 corrects the runway numbering as per Canadian standards (07 instead of 7).

    Installation instructions:
    Please remove any previous version of the airport, then unzip and copy "Airport CYCW Chilliwack-v1.3" folder in your MSFS Community folder.

    Hello, unfortunately I stopped using MSFS altogether, so there will be no updates on my sceneries.

    Is there any way to use this on an Xbox? Chilliwack is my home town. I'd love to have this mod.

    Hello, I'm sorry but the answer is no. I don't have Xbox, but as far as I understand you can't install addons outside of the marketplace.

    Nice work! A small detail I noticed is that the single digit runway numbering doesn't have the zero in front of it, as it should in Canada. 7 should be 07

    Bonjour mon Capitain, unfortunately it was not up to me how the runway number got displayed, that's the way the SDK works and unfortunately I don't know how to create a custom number for the runway. Thank you for your very nice scenery work around BC!

    When you're setting up the runway data, turn on the European options and the leading 0 is in there

    Just downloaded this airport to give it a try.
    Flew for just 10 minutes around and over the airport - I am pleased with your work, nicely done.
    I would love to see Boundary Bay CZBB airport (my home base) if you are looking for suggestions.

    Hello Colin, the reason why I haven't attempted to do Abbotsford is because that airport deserves much better than what I can do. It deserves custom buildings and tower, but I don't know how to do 3D modelling, so I was hoping someone else would want to work on that airport.
