This is a repaint of the default Cessna 172 Skyhawk (G1000) to represent the New Zealand Coastguard.
The actual aircraft registration ZK-SAR is a C182 however there is not C182 included with MSFS2020 so it has been represented with the C172. Check my uploads for the standard gauges variant.
If you do not fill in any ATC registration/callsign details with the in-game ATC they will refer to you as Coastguard 01, you can change the flight number in-game but if you add a registration number it will be placed over the texture detail on the tail.

The CNZ IT team (and a member of ACAP) are aware of this... and we're absolutely in love with it. We were surprised to learn there was a Coastguard NZ livery in MSFS lol.
