I think this is due to the position of my package in your content.xml file (two folders above your comunity). this is weird that for different users it works differently, but here three cases that worked for others and for me:

1) Put the line of my package somewhere between fs-base and fs-base-nav if you do not use navigraph or between fs-base and navigraph-navdata if you use navigraph (work for most people and me). If still does not work try 2 or 3.

2) Put the line of my package in first position

3) Put the line of my package at the bottom of the file (last position)

According to different people one or another solution should work (depending you have navigraph or not etc this is up to your packages configuration). Note that you have to close MSFS to modify content.xml file.

If you still does not get SID/STAR for runway 02L/20R, check if the runway is defined correctly on the right when selecting the airport (02L 20R 02R 20L). If so, close MSFS, remove the package from comunity folder, delete the line in content.xml (check its position). Start MSFS without this package. close MSFS again, place the package in your comunity folder again, and replace the line in content.xml at the same position. It will load the package as a first load and recreate some links that maybe disappeard (I just faced this while testing and had to do this to get back SID/STAR)
