Simple installation:
1 - Extract the ZIP
2 - open the new folder - In the folder there is another folder with the same name
3 - copy the file "FBW_A320neo_TCNBH" and paste it in you community folder.
4 - Take a deep breath and rejoice now
5 - Now you are ready to fly. Have fun

In my opinion engine textures are low quality. Also there are no A320neo texts on engines (it should be with Pegasus's A32N)

I can also make you a texture with almost 200mb. The 8k refer to the fuselage.

So something is broken, I've downloaded tons of mods (and yours Turkish, Iberia and Pegasus clean liveries) Engine textures are important since you'll see it from close from a wing view :D

All of my mods have the same structure. I hope you still enjoy the paint job.
A pilot should sit in the cocpit and not look at the paintwork of the engines while floating in the air.😂
