KMFD - Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport Version 1.5

Mansfield Lahm is an airport located 5km north of Mansfield Ohio. It is the home of the 179th Airlift Wing of the Ohio Air National Guard.

The 179th was made famous for their role in the movie "Air Force One" and Mansfield Ohio is famous for both movies "Shawshank Redemption" and the prison scenes in "Air Force One".

MFD is the receiving airport for NASA Glen Research Center and the Space Environment Complex in Sandusky Ohio, where all spacecraft destined for space is tested in the world largest vaccuum chamber (another scenery pack of mine available on flightsim.to)

This is a Version 1.0: (primary buildings added with no interiors, no environmental occlusions...it will rain inside buildings)

Version 1.0:

1. New Runways and markers. Lighting systems corrected.

2. Corrected taxiways and signage (tested and verified by sim ATC)...Signs are maximum size for better pilot visibility.

3. Real world parking (including Military Cargo parking)

4. Animated ASR-9 "radar/IFF"

5. Main Terminal, Subway restaurant, Tower, Air National Guard Admin building, ANG Quonset hangar, and south end main ANG hangar. (Utilizes actual 3D metal siding/roofing skins)

6. Two display aircraft, an F-100 and F-84F.

Version 1.5:

1. Added additional Air National Guard buildings

2.Re-textured Terminal building and some interior.

3. Added new hangar east of terminal

4. Added a lot of fencing and ground textures

5. Added the custom hangars on the south east property.

6. Added Modern Avionics hangar and the maintenance building.

To Install: unzip KMFD15.zip and place contents into your Community Folder. (Remove old folders in Community Folder...actually keep a copy somewhere safe)
