    Beschreibung

    EDWM Weser-Wuemme is an airfield in Lower Saxony near Bremen. It's located near the final approach fix ( FAF ) to runway 27 of the international Airport in Bremen (EDDW) in the middle of a beautiful heather and forest landscape.

    All buildings and some models around the field are handmade.

    I wish you a lot of fun with this scenery and hope you like it. Further projects will follow.

    It is definitely worth a landing on a VFR trip :-)

    Installation : 
    Just unpack the downloaded Zip and move it into your Community folder.

    Wollte auch mal Danke sagen. ich kenne den Platz und komme gelegentlich da vorbei. Wirklich schön ihn auch virtuell besuchen zu können.
    Der Platz ist seit den Anfängen bei mir im 2020 fester Bestandteil und jetzt habe ich ihn auch im 2024 installiert. Funktioniert prima. Vielen Dank.

    In der AIP wurde die Landebahnausrichtung geändert. Das muss jetzt 17/35 sein.

    Ein sehr schön umgesetzter Flugplatz! Da ich aus der Nähe stamme, kann ich dieses gut beurteilen ! Selbst das Außeninventar ist exakt genau nach dem originalem Vorbild ! Was es dort nicht gibt ( habe ich jedenfalls noch nicht gesehen!) ist die Flugfeldmarkierung. Dieses ist aber kein Problem und hilft sehr beim Landeanflug. Leider sind sie etwas spät zu sehen, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem sehr gelungen! Vielleicht besteht noch die Möglichkeit den Nachbarflugplatz Verden/Scharnhorst EDWV zu entwickeln, wäre super!

    Charming strip! Sorry for the little complaint: Like in so many add-ons falling for an ambiguity in the SDK, the windsock is pointing in the opposite direction than it should.

    Just downloded and tested. A really very good made airport. Five stars without doubt, better than many payware. You have recreated perfectly the airport (I am a pilot in real life) with all markings and the right amount of grass..... without the exaggeration of many others. Maybe a couple of people in that garden ...... but however "sehr, sehr gut". Thanks for your work.😍

    Mein Heimatplatz endlich kann ich hin und her fliegen zu meiner zweiten Heimat Uetersen.
    Nun brauche ich nur noch jemanden der die Vereinsmaschinen Liveries machen kann.

    Großartig ! Darauf habe ich schon lange gewartet. War in meiner Kindheit oft da, weil mein Onkel dort Hausmeister war. Gibt es noch weitere Projekte ? Bremen wäre toll. Mir ist aufgefallen, die Landbahnmarkierer tauchen sehr spät auf und verschwinden recht schnell. Kann es sein das der Windsack in die entgegengesetzte Richtung schaut ?

    Vielen Dank :-)! Ich kenne den Platz ebenfalls seit Kindheitstagen und er ist nach wie vor ein Ausflugziel zu Spaziergängen in der näheren Umgebung.
    Neue Projekte wird es auf jeden Fall geben, allerdings bin ich noch in der Findungsphase. Bremen wäre definitiv eine Umsetzung wert, mal schauen. Bei den Landebahnmarkierungen habe ich schon verschiedene Tipps zur fehlerfreien Darstellung ausprobiert ( Skalierung, LODs etc. ), bis heute allerdings leider ohne zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis :-( Ich forsche weiter! Das Windsackproblem wird gelöst! War mir leider nicht aufgefallen.

    Many Thanks :-)! I have also known the place since childhood and it is still a destination for walks in the surrounding area.
    There will definitely be new projects, but I'm still thinking about which ones. Bremen would definitely be worth implementing, let's see. With the runway markings, I have already tried various tips for error-free display (scaling, LODs, etc.), but unfortunately without a result to date :-( I keep researching! The windsock problem will be solved quickly! Unfortunately, I didn't noticed.

    Wow, sieht gut aus. Werde ich auf jeden Fall Mal anschauen. Kleiner Tipp zu den Landereitern. Baue da mal eine Fläche von 10x10 m darunter in einer Tiefe von ca. 2m. So sieht man die Fläche nicht weil sie im Boden verschwindet. Da das Objekt nun größer ist wird es früher angezeigt.

    Danke für den Flugplatz. Bin mal als Gast in einer Cessna von dort aus mitgeflogen :-) Es wäre nett, den Platz mit etwas mehr Leben zu erfüllen, Menschen, zum Beispiel auf den Bänken und eine paar kleinere Flugzeuge...

    Thanks for the airfield. I flew from there as a guest in a Cessna :-) It would be nice to fill the place with a little more life, people, for example on the benches and a few smaller planes ...

    Very good idea! For this, however, I would not like to use non-project packages and then create them myself. That would of course take a while
