Please, read the content of this file until the end, otherwise the installation could give any problem. You have documentation about the stage and the airfield in the "HDA - Loring_zDocumentacion" folder. 

INSTALLATION 
Locate the "Community" folder on your MSFS202.
Unzip the hda-lesx.zip file into the "Community" folder.

It should be as follows:
Msfs2020 root folder
-- Community
   -- hda-lesx
      --ContentInfo
      -- MaterialLibs
      -- scenery
      -- Business.json
      -- LEEME.txt
      -- manifiest.json
      -- README.txt

To locate the aerodrome in simulator, search for the "LESX" callsign, selecting the "LESX Aerodrome Loring, San Agustín de Guadalix" aerodrome.
No third-party library or addon is needed.
