EGPI - Islay Airport
Islay Airport is a small airport on the island of Islay in Argyll and Bute, Scotland.
During WWII, the small grass airstrips on the Western Scottish Islands were updated to full military bases with hard surface runways to provide protection from assaults on the Scottish mainland and to provide reconnaissance over the Atlantic Ocean. Islay Airport was construted from the WWII base RAF Port Ellen and today the airport is used for scheduled services to the Scottish mainland, and for air ambulances.
Situated on the island of Islay, south of the island of Jura, the airport offers great VFR oportunities to discover beauty of the Inner Hebrides. Keep a look out for the island's many distilleries! The airport also offers good IFR links with Oban, Colonsay, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The model has been created using only MSFS standard SDK objects and so should work for all users. The airfield is a work in progress and I am open to advice about how to make the airfield as close to life as possible. I hope you enjoy! Any reviews or donations for the airfield are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your comment. As it says in the description, the model has been made using only MSFS SDK objects. Therefore, it is not a perfect depiction of what the airport looks like in real life, but still an improvement on what is there as default in the sim.

looks like a rather large caravan with shed extension as appeared to the right of the control tower - not sure if this is a su5 issue?
