ASOBO LAUNCHED A TOKYO HELIPORT FOR FREE. PLEASE USE THAT ONE, IT IS WAY BETTER THAN MINE. THANK YOU FOR THE DOWNLOADS!
Tokyo Heliport (RJTP in game due to IRL RJTI being used by another airport), located in Shinkiba. It serves the Tokyo metropolitan area. Tokyo Metropolitan Police and Fire Department operate rescue and surveillance helicopters from Tokyo Heliport. It is also used by other companies proving executive transport, aerial recording, and other uses. It has 38 spots for medium to large helicopters and a very short runway not fitted for fixed wing (unless you are a very good STOL pilot).
This is my very first scenery project. Do not expect wonders, but I tried my best to recreate the physical structure of the heliport. With realistic ground markings, custom helipads, and spot numbers. It also includes several scenery objects like fuel trucks and other service vehicles. All the buildings are defaults from Adobo’s Japan update (good FPS guaranteed). The airport is surrounded by a fence and a service road.
Please remember that this is still a work in progress and has several problems to fix and features to add:
-Add custom night lighting (this won´t be possible at the current SDK as I get default lights that I am not capable of deleting).
-Add H135 and other helicopters as static objects to improve immersion.
-Avoid default aircraft from spawning into the spots (I cannot find a way to avoid this from my side, so the only way right now is to set the aircraft traffic on ground to "0" on settings.
-Improve the surrounding roads and scenery.
-Try to add custom textures to the buildings with Tokyo PD and FD logo as well as other companies operating on the heliport.
-Add the nearby Excel Air Service Helipad.
I know it is not fantastic, but I hope you find this heliport as gate to fly the H135 and future aircraft around Tokyo.

The problem with Oosaka is that it has no photogrammetry or however it is written. You are using some mod to add google maps buildings. Those have no collision effect.
Will have a look to the heliport you said!

About the lighting, it is usable. But if you get closer you will see that the light comes from flying luminous spheres that are part of the scenery and cannot be deleted/removed with the current SDK. Will fix that and add custom lighting when Asobo fixes its SDK on this aspect.
About the Croatia airport, I cannot find it on google as "SPENT airport", can you give the ICAO so I can have a look? I have other projects in mind atm. I am starting to work on Ceuta Heliport (GECE).

Tokyo Heliport (RJTP)
Experience Tokyo Heliport (RJTP) in Microsoft Flight Simulator. Operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Police and Fire Department, this heliport serves various purposes and offers 38 spots for medium to large helicopters. Created with realistic ground markings and custom helipads, this scenery includes service vehicles and is a work in progress with future enhancements planned.
