    This is not compatible with SU8 it doesnt use the Flybywire either.

    If I select this livery with the FBW stable version, it reverts to the default Asobo A320 aircraft when the sim loads.

    I confirm, it doesn't work on the dev version. I think your model.cfg is not correct.
    The two model lines should look like this:
    exterior=../../FlyByWire_A320_NEO/model/A320_NEO.xml
    interior=../../FlyByWire_A320_NEO/model/A320_NEO_INTERIOR.xml

    Did you change the aircraft to FBW a320 in sim? because it won't work on Asobo a320
