UPDATE: I suspected it was a corrupt install, so the fix is to completely uninstall the A220 and reinstall, which will immediately download version 1.0.3.
Absolutely nothing wrong with this livery or cabin textures. It's working fine now, so I'm going to reinstall all my A220 liveries.
