    Hello and Moin!

    This is a general taxiway and apron update for the freeware Airport Corfu Ioannis Kapodistrias LGKR by flyto. The original airport has outdated and missing taxiways, so I recreated the entire taxiway layout. I also added the local VOR, reworked the ground texturing and placed some props. The addon works well with Beond ATC.

    Dependencies:

    Flyto LGKR Airport

    KIel Holtenau light props

    Instalation:

    (obviously) just drag and Drop the File into “Community”

    Planned updates:

    -remove random blue lights on apron

    -expand road layout

    -place more GSE

    -ajust apron concrete

     

    works for Fs2024 and Fs2020

    Amazing airport! Could you also maybe make an enhancement for MSFS 2020 default Karpathos Airport(AOK/LGKP). I would be very grateful if you did that.

    I cant promise anything, but LGKP realy looks like a really good idea for a new project! There is no freeware availiable yet and it looks very easy to recreate! i will have a look at it.

    you need fs2020 though? I would rather use fs 24devmode but fs2020 is ok aswell if its your prefered sim.

    Karpathos Airport is actually pretty unique. Its the most bare-bone airfield ever. No Runway hold shorts, no named taxiways, no proper taxi line layout, only Vor approaches, only AFIS freq. etc... Its actually not very detailed in real life too, but i will try my best.
