    Installation

    I love this tool. Not something I use all the time but a really quick way to get a random but realistic flight if you can't come up with one. I like the METAR tags and historical aviation routes most!

    I have noticed an issue with some of the flights when you search though.
    Occasionally it gives the destination or origin airport as a local private or small airport. For example, when the destination (I assume) is KDTW, it will list the airport as 78MI, a private airstrip. It even pulls this info the auto simbrief plan.

    Not a big issue and can always edit simbrief plan but just something that may be affected by what the program is seeing as the "Destination" area. Just thought I'd comment and let you know what I saw.

    Hi! I'm looking into reliable data sources for Indonesia. Since most high-fidelity aviation APIs are paid, I'm evaluating some open-source alternatives like OpenSky Network or implementing a curated static database of the main Indonesian carriers (Garuda, Lion Air, etc.). Stay tuned for updates!

    Hey great tool, any chance you could implement a feature like saving airframes to send direct to Simbrief with the correct Airframe preselected? Would be even cooler if i can just click one button and have directly created the Simbrief flightplan not even need to click once :)

    That’s a great suggestion! Implementing a 'Quick Dispatch' button is definitely on the roadmap. I'm looking into using SimBrief’s API to allow you to save your custom Airframe ID in the settings, so RouteScope can send the data directly and generate the OFP with one click. I'll check the best way to handle the airframe selection to make it seamless.

    Hi Tsecco! Thanks for developing this tool. It's a really great idea! I have donwload and use it and it starts working fine. Ther tool now is only available in portuguese with some mixture... I cannot select other language. I can read / understand portuguese but not my preference.

    I’ve tested the app on my side and wasn’t able to replicate the language issue. Could you please share a bit more detail about your setup, such as device, OS, and app version, and where exactly you’re seeing the mixed language? That will help me better understand what might be happening and track it down.

    Hi, I managed to change the language. The thing was that on the drop down menu of languages there was a blank in the other languages... but you could stll select other languages.

    It’s possible, yes. I’m not entirely sure which conditions or filters you used in your search, but in some cases, depending on the filters you apply, there may simply be no flights available that match your criteria.

    I get no flights available when I select any of the icons, from the Home==>Flight Picks. I can get various flights if I use the Search==>Search Flights.

    Hello pgilbr!

    Thanks for your report. I’ve identified this as a bug affecting the Home → Flight Picks feature.

    As a temporary workaround, you can get it to function by enabling both Home Settings (Flight Picks) options in the settings and adding your preferred airports and aircraft as favorites.

    I’m currently working to resolve these initial issues as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!
