UPS was one of the launch customers of the freighter MD11, operating a large fleet throughout the 1990s and expanding through the 2000s as older jets were retired and mainline operaters of the MD11 passenger variants ditched theirs for more fuel efficient aircraft. Some of UPS's initial MD11s wore their cheatline livery present on many of their aircraft from the 70s to the late 1990s. This livery represents N250UP, one of the first UPS MD11s in the fleet.

United Parcel Service N284UP
