PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING MSK PRODUCTIONS PRODUCTS FOR MSFS. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA.

License Grant: MSK Productions ("Licensor", "Publisher") grants you ("Licensee", "User", ""Customer") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or entertainment purposes within Microsoft Flight Simulator ("MSFS").

Ownership: All title and copyrights in and to the original created components of the Software Product and the accompanying documentation materials are owned by the developer of the Product or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to additional third party libraries and content which may be accessed through use of the Product is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in and to the original created components of the Product (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the Product), and any copies of the Software Product are owned by the respective developer(s), creator(s) or their third party suppliers. 

Restrictions: Licensee may not:

a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Product.

b. Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Product to any third party.

c. Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings on the Product.

d. Use the Product for any commercial or business-related purposes.

Updates and Support: Licensor may provide updates or support for the Product at its sole discretion. Licensee is not entitled to updates or support, and Licensor may cease providing them at any time.

Warranty Disclaimer: The Product is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of Licensee's use or inability to use the Product.

Breach of License: Publisher has the right to terminate this License Agreement and your right to use the supplied content upon any material breach by you. In such a case, you agree to return, delete and dispose of all copies of the supplied content upon termination of the License including backup copies. Upon termination of this EULA for any reason all rights granted to you under this EULA shall cease; you must cease all activities authorised by this EULA; and you must immediately delete or remove the product from all computer equipment in your possession and immediately destroy or return to us (at our option) all copies of the product then in your possession, custody or control and, in the case of destruction, certify to Publisher that you have done so.

Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.

By installing or using the Product, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If Licensee does not agree to these terms and conditions, they must not install or use the Product.
