To date, the building has attracted both attention and controversy.

- The building Riomar (Edificio Riomar) The building was built in 1957 ,located in the Puntilla area of Miramar. In addition to the 11 floors of apartments, it had a lobby, folder and mail lockers on the ground floor; telephone board with intercom telephones in each apartment for internal communication and with access to the street; living room-hall (where the pharmacy is today); three party rooms (those between the lobby and the outdoor pool area); two swimming pools (for children and adults) with umbrellas, sun loungers, showers in the outdoor areas, toilets for men and women, vending machines for soft drinks, jams, etc.; 6 elevators (4 public, 1 pool and 1 cargo); a parking space in the basement for each apartment; closed hanging areas with doors and lattices on the roof for each apartment; Garbage chutes on each floor with incinerator in the basement.
- Hotel Rosita De Hornedo (renamed Hotel Sierra Maestra), located in the Puntilla area of Miramar, was one of the first major buildings to be built by a private developer in the 1950s in Havana.

Perhaps you could also build the Hotels approaching Vitalio Acuna Airport on Cayo Largo: Starfish cayo largo, Villa Coral, Villa Natura. The airport approach is very beautiful, but the hotels are not realistic. 'The same is Sangster Airport in Jamaica. The airports of the World Update Caribean are very nice but the hotels on the approach are not realistic.
