This is the patch that makes it possible to use the two payware sceneries for Shanghai made by SamScene3D and AMJ Scenery Studio at once without the need of choosing of which scenery to keep. The priority has been given to the SamScene3D landmarks whenever possible, with a few exceptions made due to the either better night textrures or the issues of excluding one model from another.
Please, be aware that due to the vast size of Sanghai and the troubles I ran into while making this pack the apartement blocks districts are mostly left untouched - thus occasionally you may encounter the duplicated buildings. With that being said visually the issue is rather subtle (and in the long term is still possible to fix). I am aware of the problem - so, please do not report any bugs regarding the duplicated appartement blocks.
If there are still some duplicated buildings left - let me know in the comments!
Installation: unzipe the file named "zz-shanghai-merge" into your "Community" folder.
P.S. This pack does not modify the original scenery in any way nor does it include any of the official content! This is only the patch to use the both Shanghai sceneries at once.

You asked for duplicated buildings, and on my first ride since installation, I have found several ones - I'm glad to let you know, just in case you could polish it to an even better result.
So far, I remember having seen duplicated:
-The Nanpu bridge (Nanpu Da Qiao);
-in Puxi, the nine corners little bridge in the Yu Yuan (Yu/Jade Gardens);
-in Pudong, the Shanghai Oriental Arts Center (a building I cherish, I was there the day it opened in 2005) and, just in front, the Science and Technology Museum.
I have also seen another duplicated tower but I don't remember where exactly, I think that was near the Expo 2010 zone in Puxi, like around Longhua temple or south Luwan district... I will write you back with more information next time I can have a look, I may see some other places to let you know about.
Anyway, thank you so much for making this possible: I absolutely love the possibility of having the best of both approaches to Shanghai in order to revisit her as close to reality as I can recognise it with this wonderful combination that you helped us enjoy. I lived for 12 years in Shanghai as a journalist and I got to know many of these buildings quite well, and now I live in another continent and I really treasure the possibility to fly around my old home city like this. So I really want you to know how much I appreciate your work, it means a lot for me. Thank you so much! I'll let you know if I see anything else, it's my honour to help! All the best! 😊
