It looks fantastic. The rescaled unit code and serial no. placement really make the appearance of the overall model visually "balanced" - for those that are familiar with a USAF F-4's appearance. The new addition of the aircraft lift point decals elevate the quality of this livery even further.
I now have to fiddle with my contrast and saturation settings so I can get color shades closer to your updated screenshots above. Thank you for your wonderful work.

Look forward to seeing more skins like this, perhaps Hellenic Air Force 338 sqn in this style? One exists but suffers from the oversaturation present in the default model.

Suggestions:
* IMO, revisiting the scale of the fonts and placement of the tail codes on your F-4 liveries would be helpful. The Unit identifier is typically about twice as thick as the serial number font. To those that have seen these aircraft, the Tail code size and placement are the most visible reference decal for these and many other USAF aircraft. Those that are familiar with the aircraft will immediately see that something doesn't look right - but they may not know what it is.
* The shade of grey and the darker green on the default liveries of the F-4E are better balanced relative to "actual" colors used. A lighter shade of grey would be helpful, as the default liveries and the photo in the link below.
* The "AF 68" year of procurement should be on the left side of the serial number (when looking at the starboard side of the vertical fin).
NOTE: I tried to upload a comparison screenshot of one of the default liveries and your livery, but it won't let me.
However, the weathering on your liveries (at least for the top of the aircraft) are a lot more visually representative of what one would expect to see in real life for these F-4's. Thanks for this European One livery.

Also, if your liveries are artist impressions of how the liveries should have been, please disreguard my suggestions.
