Pack containing 4 special usage heliports in Madrid city area, to the west of Barajas airport:

• Palacio de la Moncloa (LEXM):  this is the home of Prime Minister and it´s used for VIP services
• Palacio de la Zarzuela (LEXZ): this is the home of Royal Family and it´s used for VIP services. It´s a twin heliport as the flights are always performed by a two helicopter squadron for safety reasons
• Palacio de El Pardo (LEXP): this is the home of Guardia Real, a military unit dedicated to protect the Royal Family
• Dirección General de Tráfico - DGT (LEDG): this was the former homebase of the traffic surveillance helicopter

As a bonus the CETSE helipad (next to El Pardo) is included as well. CETSE is an organization belonging to the Governement of Spain which handles cybersecurity and communications. As that helipad is not used for any general or special purposes I included it just as POI with TLOF markings, so no start from it is possible but you can still land on it.

Heliports have UNICOM, FATO and TLOF markings, custom lights, PAPI and they include both a helipad and parking positions for cold & dark start as well. Some basic decoration is added at the heliports too. The DGT heliport uses its real OACI code. I have assigned a non existing ICAO code starting by "LEX" to the other heliports (as far as I know they don´t have any in real life).

NOTE: in order to allow PAPI installation (the heliports in the pack have it in real life) invisible runways had to be added. This is a MSFS constraint as helipads don´t support PAPI without a runway yet but runways are not intentended to be used as starting positions and will be removed as soon as helipads support PAPI. You can select the helipad and parking start positions from menus in world map or directly clicking on them.

This is a simple pack which main purpose is to allow the usage of VIP heliports as departure and arrival for special helicopters services not limiting them to the airports in the city. Several private heliports still exist in the city, however helicopter operations have been moved to Cuatro Vientos (LECU) over the past years and therefore most of them are currently closed or barely used, but the ones in the pack are still operational. The helicopters used for the Primer Minister, Royal Family and other VIP services are normally Super Pumas from Spanish Air Force, which are based at Cuatro Vientos. Due to its maintenance capabilities the airfield is also the current homebase of Police and DGT helicopters in Madrid.

The addon requires official game content from several airport addons. Therefore you need to install the World Updates and the 40th anniversary content as well.
