Airport AFCAD update and GSX Pro update for Lynchburg, Virginia, USA

My goal is to provide AFCAD parking updates and GSX Pro updates to "smaller" airports I fly through for my MSFS flying.

Given the tools currently available for MSFS this process is very time consuming so don't expect miracles or major airports any time soon.  
This three gate airport took me about an hour to prepare.  

City: Lynchburg, VA
Airport:  KLYH - Lynchburg Regional-Glenn

AFCAD changes:
- added three small parking gates to the passenger terminal area - note:  they are aligned to the markings seen in MSFS that are not part of the BGL...they may not match where jets would park in real life but it will look ok
- added two large GA parking spots where the charts show large aircraft parking
- added three medium GA parking spots by the FBO area
- added multiple vehicle start spots on the passenger terminal area and the FBO areas

GSX Pro changes:
- moved vehicles to all start near the defualt buildings and not by the planes
- set the default airline for spot 1 and 2 to American Airlines...left spot 3 generic/open
- set custom passenger walking paths to each parking spot - there are no jetways or ramps...I assume you're using a crj with built-in stairs
- set custom pushback spots for each parking location 

How to use:
- Copy the klyh-lynchburg-rgnl-preston-glenn-f folder to your community folder
- Copy the klyh-k5bake.ini to your ..\AppData\Roaming\virtuali\GSX\MSFS folder
- update the .ini file to your MSFS Community folder path ... it is set to mine currently
