This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman G44A Widgeon by Flysimware. It shows Grumman G-44A Widgeon c/n 1356 ZK-CHG of Mount Cook Airlines, based in Auckland, New Zealand between 1968 and 1975. Originally built in 1944 as a J4F-2 for the US Navy and flew with the US Coast Guard. In 1947 it came on the civil market, first as N97102 in MIchigan. it went to New Zealand in 1964, flying with Tourist Air Travel, Mount Cook Airlines and Sea Bee Air until 1990. It is currently stored at Ardmore Aerodrome. Repaint by JanKees Blom, based on the paintkit by Flysimware.
