The airport is in the municipality of Païta, approximately 52 km (32 mi) northwest of Nouméa. La Tontouta International Airport serves international flights, while Noumea Magenta Airport, located 38 km south-east within the city of Noumea, serves domestic flights. The airport is regularly served by four airlines, including Aircalin.

I live and fly in New caledonia since 30 years. The airport is really nice I'm very happy and don'regret the purchase. The only problem is that there is a tree just facing the terminal which is on the taxiway. If you don'care the wing of the plane can bump on the tree and make dommages. Otherwise everithing is fine. Good job thank you. Jfb
