fun to drive but barely works on msfs2024

Hight quality model, but absolutely terrible otherwise. Model is scaled about 1.25x real life size, it looks massive next to other cars around the airport, or next to small planes it's almost the same size. Drives like a drunk man. It's amazingly hard to get it to drive straight and to even accelerate. Considering there are free mods like the firetruck mod here, that are free, that work perfectly and drive smoothly as butter, it's really disappointing. I'm sad I wasted my money. I measured it against planes I knew the length of and given its IRL dimensions it was not accurate. It's about 20% too large, at least.  Here's an image. https://prnt.sc/K-8n6Gl4VWE3 f16=about 15meters car=4.6meters Visuals do not add up with measurements 15/4.6=3.2 That car looks like it would fit 2.5 times into the f16 length. So, I was wondering if you could change its size and update it? Is Is that possible? ReplyForward

about the scale, when i worked on this car i based it on my Mercedes C63, the c63 was about 1.5 scale and when i scale this C8 i didnt done it so well so its now about 1.2 scale. unfortunately i dont have a lot of think that i can do to fix it bc all the anims and physics are to this 1.2 scale. about the physics u still need to consider that this is a flightsim and it not build for cars. the firetruck is a lot bigger and a lot slower so her physics are way controllable then this 300 km\h car. i made this car a payware for the players who wanted a better car from my first car the C63 that was FREE! and wanted a car with better graphics and gameplay sorry for ur disappointment about the car but i dont have a lot of things that i can do about it

Well yes, exactly. I cant make it Forza driving physics bc if i could this will probably not be a flightsim

Certainly not everyone's cup of tea, and the roads in MSFS are in worse shape than in RL. But this is a very nice model, one with a secret weapon. Trying to drive around normally requires finding flat default rural roads. But press the middle button, found below the right corner of the GPS and the Vett almost turns into a Jeep. With the suspension lowered, 3D city "roads" can be a fun rock crawling adventure, between bursts of speed, all while dodging AI traffic. Reminds me of 1980's racing games, crude but fun. with MUCH nicer cars. With the right scenery, it can be a blast, like in default Sedona (flat, but windy roads), surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks (https://flightsim.to/file/6137/sedona-cinematic). Sam Scene's great New York City includes a delightful Times Square to cruise. I've uploaded images to the user gallery above. Will I drive it often, nope? Too many nice planes in my hanger. Am I glad I get to drive this wonderful car when I do want to, you bet! Highly recommended, if well executed quirky is your thing. GamerDEAL, please release a 4x4 of any flavor. That's what we really need to be urban explorers. I noticed a nice G Wagon and a cool two tone 1987 Ford Bronco in that 3D model site, quite affordable too (hint, hint, LOL).
