I don't think you know how much it pains me to hear that. It's not a matter of choice. It's a matter of available time, I'm a solo developer and i don't do sceneries full time, I've had very little time to work on my products recently, which is partially why I've decided to go full time with SLHsimdesigns. So it won't be much longer before I'll have more time on my hands to update and produce sceneries.

All well and good, since you have decided to SELL this on a marketplace, you have certain commitments to meet. It is not at all acceptable that one set of your customers get better support, but others don't. And I think that the rating is fair in that regard. I am not saying your work is bad. But this package is. Because of lack of support. Doesn't really matter if you have time or not, once you sell a product, you do what you need to do to keep your commitments. And you can argue that there was no commitment of continued updates, and that's true, but then again this rating is fair because of that, lack of support. I already said that I can reconsider the rating once I see more consistent commitment from you. So once you get more time and I see you have changed your attitude towards this issue, I'll reconsider. Besides it's just one rating. I am sure you have lots of other paying customers who may not think like me.

Agreed. While we can all empathize with the fact that you're busy, you, as the developer, promised updates "soon". It's now been 6 months. For a payware product that's simply unacceptable.

And one more thing that I don't understand is what's stopping the developer from including the set of updated airports which are already tested and released in this package. All this negetive perceptions will go away mostly. I don't mind downloading the package 10 times for ten small updates specially if that means not having to wait forever (6+ months and counting at this point I think) to get the already released updates. This is worse than MSFS marketplace in that regard.
