If you didn't already know, Aerosoft has some working drivers for the LED's here.
Just unzip and run the file. This should put a folder called AFC_Bridge into your community folder. Go ahead and make sure this is working before going any further.
Inside the AFC_Bridge folder, is a bin folder containing an exe and BFC_Throttle_Config.json. Rename the json to BFC_Throttle_Config_Orig.json and stick the new one there.
All the lights should now work.
NOTICE!!!!!
It ain't perfect but should work till ASOBO releases fully functional drivers.
Known issues:
Has NOT been tested much with airlines except to get the APU light working, so I'm not sure if some lights will or won't work. Some might stay on, some might stay off.
LOWHYD PRESSURE light will remain lit on GA aircraft or any plane that doesn't have a hydraulic system.

Bitte daran denken: Zuerst die Datei von Aerosoft herunterladen und ausführen!
Dann gibt es auch den Ordner "AFC_Bridge" im Community-Ordner und in dessen Unterordner "bin" solltet ihr die vorhandene Datei "BFC_Throttle_Config.json" umbenennen bzw. eine Sicherheitskopie erstellen und diese dann durch die hier im Download enthaltene Datei ersetzen.
Für GA-Flugzeuge ist zu beachten, dass die Warnleuchte "Anti Ice" leuchtet, wenn "Pitot Heat" aus ist und die Leuchte "Low Hyd Pressure" leuchtet die ganze Zeit(!) - Weil es kein Hydrauliksystem gibt in Arrows, Cessnas usw.

Edit2: OK, this is working great thanks. The only issues that I see, and they may not be fixable, is that if you are flying and aircraft without hydraulics, you get the LOW HYD PRESSURE light, and the pitot heat shows up as ANTI ICE, which makes sense. 5 stars
Edit3: Being continually late to the party, I see @DC6Pilot's post above about the Aerosoft drivers are now linked on the Honeycomb support page. Works well, so no need for this download AFAIK.

I appear to still be having an issue with the LEDS on the throttle. I have your file in the right location but when I now open up MSFS I get a message in Content Manager to say the AFC_BRIDGE is not installed??? Can you offer me any advice to resolve??

Did you download and install the drivers from the link above? That has to be done first, and this file just replace theirs. There’s actually a much better mod for all this if you want to check it https://flightsim.to/file/21253/better-bravo-lights

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. Es scheint mir als beschäftigt sich mit dem Honeycomb Throttle sonst keiner.
Gibt es den keine fertigen Presets für die Flieger im MSFS2020 ? Finde es extrem Anstrengend und nervig erst 45min die Steuerung zu belegen bevor es losgeht.
evtl. gibt es ja Presets dafür welche man "einfach" abspeichern kann.

Find it extremely exhausting and annoying to occupy the control for 45 minutes before it starts. maybe there are presets for it which you can "simply" save.

schau Dir bitte einmal Axis and Ohs von LorbySi an. Seit ich das nutze, habe ich im FS2020 nur noch leere Profile für meine Eingabegeräte (Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo sowie die MFG Crosswind-Ruderpedale).

maybe you want to take a look at LorbySi's Axis and Ohs. Since I'm using that, it is no longer required for me having profiles set up in the sim. I only use empty profiles within FS2020 and configure everything in this little piece of software for my Honeycomb Alpha & Bravo as well for my MFG crosswind rudder pedals.

Did you install the file from Aerosoft first? That is mandatory. Then this mod works as described.

They have a .zip file of the driver, but their .json doesnt support as much as this one does, I believe? Unless you know something I don't.
